In my view, the handle is symbolic as the Chinese Character &#8220;\u5cf6&#8221;, which in the Literal meaning .. island. A lot of concept will flashed across our mind, the British ship of the line, the windmills &#038;&#038; lighthouses of the Netherlands, the oriental cherry of Japan, not even something about Taiwan. But what is the island truely stand for?
